Overview

Victoria Place crowns Howard Hughes’ 60-acre Ward Village on Honolulu’s waterfront, a sculptural luxury tower by Solomon Cordwell Buenz with interiors by Tihany Design. GS Associates delivered the FF&E procurement for its residences and amenity spaces, from the sunrise infinity pool and lobby to the lauhala pool house and wine room, in an island palette of light, texture, and indoor-outdoor calm.

The Challenge

A luxury residential tower lives and dies on its amenity experience, and this one ranges from a sunrise infinity pool to a lauhala pool house and wine room. Procuring a coherent island palette of light and texture across such varied spaces, and doing it for a Honolulu site with the freight distance that implies, demanded careful sourcing and logistics planning.

The Design Team

The tower is an architectural design by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, developed by Howard Hughes as part of Ward Village, with interiors by Tihany Design.

Our Scope

We procured the FF&E for the residences and the full suite of amenity spaces: the lobby, the sunrise infinity pool, the lauhala pool house, and the wine room among them.

As the owner’s agent we managed sourcing, purchasing, value engineering, and the logistics of delivering to Honolulu, holding the island-calm design intent across every space.

The Outcome

Victoria Place stands as a sculptural landmark atop Ward Village, its residences and amenities furnished in an island palette of light, texture, and indoor-outdoor calm.
