Overview
One Dalton is a breathtaking I. M. Pei design in downtown Boston, a global benchmark for a luxury hotel destination and a deluxe lifestyle experience for its residents. With FF&E designs from Bill Rooney Studio, GS Associates completed the FF&E and OS&E for the residences to the standard of luxury and quality that Four Seasons and ownership require.
The Challenge
A Four Seasons residence at this address sets an exacting bar: every finish, fabric, and fixture has to meet the operator’s luxury standard while satisfying private residential owners. Holding that standard across the residences, and across the OS&E that makes them livable from day one, took disciplined sourcing and relentless quality control.
The Design Team
The tower is an I. M. Pei architectural design, with interior and FF&E design by Bill Rooney Studio, delivered to the specifications of Four Seasons as operator and ownership.
Our Scope
As the owner’s agent we procured both the FF&E and the OS&E for the residences: furniture, fixtures, and equipment alongside the operating supplies and equipment that ready a residence for occupancy.
We managed competitive sourcing, purchasing, value engineering, expediting, and delivery against the Four Seasons standard, keeping quality and schedule in lockstep.
The Outcome
The residences at One Dalton stand as a global benchmark for luxury living, furnished and equipped to the standard Four Seasons and ownership set for the address.
