Overview
The Arlo brand was developed midway through the project, presenting real challenges in FF&E design and implementation. With interior design by AvroKO of New York, the hotel was completed in an expression of edgy, progressive SoHo elegance, its micro guest rooms pairing flexible modern furniture with efficient storage and playful touches, across an array of bed types, views, and terraces.
The Challenge
A brand still taking shape midway through construction means the design target keeps moving, and micro guest rooms leave no margin for a piece that does not fit. We had to keep procurement moving while specifications evolved, then execute an array of bed types, views, and terraces where every inch of furniture had to earn its place.
The Design Team
Interior design was led by AvroKO of New York, whose scheme gave the hotel its edgy, progressive SoHo elegance and the flexible, storage-smart furniture that makes the micro rooms work.
Our Scope
We delivered the FF&E procurement through a shifting brief, sourcing flexible modern furniture and efficient storage solutions sized precisely to compact rooms.
Across the array of room types, bed configurations, views, and terraces, we managed sourcing, purchasing, and expediting so the evolving brand standard was met without stalling the schedule.
The Outcome
Arlo Hudson opened as a confident expression of SoHo elegance, its micro rooms proving that flexible, well-chosen furniture can make small spaces feel generous and playful.
