End-User License Agreement
GS Associates Internal Applications

This End-User License Agreement governs use of GS Associates, Inc.'s ("GSA") internal software applications, including "Kira Finance" (the "Software").
Internal use only
The Software is proprietary to GSA and is provided solely for GSA's internal business use by authorized personnel. It is not licensed, sold, or made available to the public or any third party.
License
GSA grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Software for GSA's internal business purposes only.
Restrictions
The Software may not be copied, distributed, sublicensed, or used by anyone other than authorized GSA personnel.
Third-party services
The Software connects to third-party services (including QuickBooks Online) under GSA's own accounts and subject to those services' terms.
No warranty
The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. GSA is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
