GS Associates Internal Applications
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how GS Associates, Inc. ("GSA," "we," "us") handles data in connection with its internal software applications, including its internal finance tool ("Kira Finance").
Scope
Kira Finance is an internal-use application operated solely by GSA. It is not offered to, or usable by, the general public. It reads GSA's own business financial data from third-party systems GSA controls (including QuickBooks Online) for GSA's internal financial reporting and planning.
Information we access
Through authorized, read-only connections, the application accesses GSA's own accounting data, such as the chart of accounts, profit-and-loss figures, and bank-account balances. It does not collect personal information from members of the public.
How we use it
Accessed data is used only internally by authorized GSA personnel for financial reporting, cash-flow planning, and reconciliation. The application is read-only and does not modify data in any connected system.
Sharing
GSA does not sell or share this data with third parties. Data remains within GSA's own systems and authorized service providers.
Security
Access is restricted to authorized GSA personnel. Credentials and access tokens are stored securely (encrypted at rest) on GSA-controlled infrastructure.
Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for GSA's internal financial operations.
