Legoland Hotel

Legoland Hotel California is the owner’s first property in the United States. The GS team visited the Windsor, UK property to understand the design and operations agenda. Unique to this project was GS Associates role of documenting the FF&E and OS&E as it became a translation to US and Asia manufacturing and US standards. Every room required custom layout of digital wallcovering and carpet to allow the graphics to display accurately. The GS and Project team accomplished for Merlin
Entertainment, completion the hotel two months early and under budget. The result is a panoply of visual color and entertainment for Lego lovers of all ages.
