March 15, 2010 - GSA is awarded the procurement contract for Ritz Carlton Bangalore, India marking the first hospitality project in India. Opening scheduled for mid 2011.

GSA is awarded the first phase of the Koloa Landing Luxury Resort in Kauai, Hawaii at Poipu Beach. Opening of the first phase is scheduled for Fall of 2010.

Gus Sarff joins panel discussion at ARDA (American Resort Development Association) conference in Las Vegas. Topic of the panel discussion was “Declining Development Costs – Capitalize While You Can!”
